After documents have been recived you will get an email with a secure payment link to submit payment for service.

After payment has cleared, you will be notified of when the first service attempt has been scheduled for. After service is complete you will be sent the proof of service form, or if you have us file the POS you will recive an endorsed copy filed with the court.

Restraining Orders: Add $60 to standard/rush rates for Domestic Violence TRO/RO'S and Civil Harassment TRO/RO's.
*If indictated on the paperwork for TRO/RO If the Respondant owns firearms, or has a firearms permit/CCW license add $99.99
*If Respondant is a violent felon add $99.99
*Backround checks will be run on all TRO/RO serves. If you fail to disclose information that would effect the cost of service, any monies paid will be fully earned and non-refundable, regardless of status of service. If service has been completed and information is discovered, Proof of service will be withheld until full payment is made.
Proof Of Service Filings: Add $25 for Sacramento County, Add $35 for Yolo County, Add 325 for El Dorado County and $15.00 for filling POS by mail.
Service By Mail: $15 sent first class registered US Mail.
Rush Service: Attempted every day (1st attempt within 24 hours.
Routine Service: Attempted every 2-3 days.
